CLINICAL OPERATION AND LAYOUT OBSERVATIONS

Selected clinics were observed during the last week of March, 2018. Below is a summary of the findings for Building A, Building B, and a total of five clinics within those buildings. Click on the clinic name below for details.

  • Orthopaedic Clinic includes PMR Clinic, but does not include PMR Therapy

  • PMR includes patients seen w/for TBI, Spinal Issues, Neuromuscular, MDP, and EMGs

  • There is a shared Practice Mgr and Nurse Mgr and Below that separate staff

  • The sections of the Ortho Clinic include: Hand, Joint, Trauma, Peds and Oncology and Foot Service

  • Ortho Providers/Docs include: 2 Peds, 2 Joint, 4 Trauma, 3 Hand, 2 Foot and 2 Oncologists

  • PMR serves both Peds and Adults

  • PMR Provider/Docs: 5 doctors plus 1/2 day clinics

  • Same Day Surgery is using equipment room for workstation space, Rm 1714
