Andrea Rufe

Andrea’s professional career in medicine started by providing continuing medical education accreditation and has developed as she works to define and forecast the future of healthcare. Through Space and Functional Programming, Facility Analytics, Lean Program Planning, and Medical Equipment Planning, Andrea creates scenarios that help determine the needs of the client and the patient by eliminating inefficiencies and increasing satisfaction. Andrea’s ability to assess data and project volumes in a specific market service area allows the client to make sound business decisions. Her analyses of spatial relationships are used to develop the most functional layouts for paths of travel, eliminating wasted space, and increasing departmental efficiencies.
