Her experience provides the ability to integrate the needs of the client with the expertise of the consultants and architects. Teri’s background includes facility utilization planning, financial feasibility and cost analysis, operations analysis, and program planning with hospitals, and freestanding clinics.

Andrea is the Director of Healthcare Analytics for NBBJ, joining the Los Angeles Team in 2014.  Andrea has been part of many projects throughout the south land, including the new Westwood Patient Tower Addition at UCLA, Loma Linda University Medical Center, and the Wasserman Building at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. Andrea uses data and analytics to understand the needs of today; to plan for the needs of the future; and to create a solid foundation for growth. NBBJ's Healthcare Data Analytics Team one of the things that makes NBBJ a leader in healthcare design.

Melissa combines her skills in design and data by synthesizing analytics into 3-D facility visualization and planning.
